At CORTIEZ LTD, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Underwear or socks
  • Accessories (e.g. caps, jewellery, masks)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address and instructions. Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation, as this may delay processing.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was incorrect or defective.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when we made an error with your order.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us for further assistance.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll prioritise resolving the problem by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no additional cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after being notified of approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card provider — processing times can vary.
